At Neuwelt, we are building a new culture of excellence and accountability. Each team member bears the opportunity of taking part in choosing who joins the team.
Over the years, we've structured and tested new ways of building teams. More than enough times we've faced hard challenges in a sense that we've pickup quite a number of lessons. Each senior team member generates a list of qualities/requirements (4 per category) that they would like to have on the team plus a list of benefits (the team has to offer) or reasons why anyone would like to join Neuwelt. The categories are;
